Derek Roper, HIS

Derek Roper is an H.I.S.  Derek is originally from Delavan, Illinois and moved to Effingham, Illinois in 2022.  Derek attended Illinois Central College and started working at Audibel in 2022.  Derek started working in the hearing industry because he wanted to help people enjoy their life more.

What Derek loves most about saving hearing lives is the happy stories.  Derek works to help anyone with hearing loss to have the best results possible in everyday living.

Outside of saving hearing lives, Derek loves hobbies such as sports, hiking and exploring nature and most importantly, spending time with his kids.

I take my 93 year old friend to this place. I'm sure she would agree with me that she always gets the best care at this facility. The staff is always kind, attentive, patient & knowledgeable. We completely love Cindy there. She is super sweet and always welcoming.
