I was very impressed with the friendly service I received at All American Hearing in Olney. I was impressed with the testing process and the great job of explaining the results and how it applied to me and what benefits I might receive from using the hearing aids and which of the three different level of units might work best for me. I think that Derek presented exactly the information to me and with no pressure at all for buying. Also warranty was explained well. Thanks for the help Derek!
