Krystal Saunders is a Patient Care Coordinator. Krystal is originally from Richland County and moved to Effingham County in 2007. Krystal began working in health care in 2017. Krystal was drawn to the hearing industry in 2023 because she was looking for a change in pace in the healthcare industry. Since then, it has changed her views on hearing aids. She didn’t realize how life changing a set of hearing aids could be for a person. We see a lot of people come in thinking they are here for no reason and leave in disbelief when they leave because they didn’t realize what they were missing. My grandmother for example. She has been hard of hearing my entire life. My grandpa had passed away a few years ago and he had a stuffed clucking chicken in his closet. A couple evenings after she received her new hearing aid, she heard a noise and thought someone was breaking into her home. She called my brother over to investigate. He found this stuffed clucking chicken that had been in the closet for who knows how long. She was hearing something she had never heard before. What Krystal loves most about saving hearing lives is knowing she is helping people in one of the best ways possible. Krystal strives to make every patient feel like they are being taken care of from the moment they walk through the door. Outside of saving hearing lives, Krystal is married and has 2 beautiful kids. She enjoys shuttling her kids back and forth from practices and games. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends.
